Your Rights Under the Fly Ash Notification, 2021
- Any person may report non-compliance to CPCB, SPCB, or District Magistrate
- Enforcement authorities must act within 15 days of receiving complaint
- Violators face environmental compensation from ₹75/sq.ft to ₹1500/ton
